Due to inclement weather forecast, our first FMST trail workday of 2026 is postponed to Sunday January 4th, 9AM meeting at 4710/4712 Buttonbush Drive in Durham.

We have multiple tasks. At one location we need to put in some stepping stones. We also have some trash to haul out of the woods, pull some invasive privet, plant some acorns, and possibly some other tasks.

Thank you so much for all of you who helped on the trail maintenance in 2025. Other than at Eno River State Park, the MST along the Eno River is now in the best shape it has ever been in.

You will want to wear boots or solid shoes and dress accordingly for the weather, and bring water, work gloves.
